I have always preached to my clients about what goes into your body being so vital for optimal health. However let's not forget our skin is our largest organ, so what we put onto our body is just as important as what we put into it.
Our soaps are local, made with organic ingredients , essential oils and love. These are packed with vitamins and minerals and leave your skin healthy and glowing. We have soaps that are specific for normal to oily skin, they gentle exfoliate, eczema relief, dry skin , anti fungal and anti bacterial.
Our candles are made locally with soy wax, 100% cotton wicks, and essential oils. They are toxin free, burn longer and keep your environment clean and smelling great.
Rebecca is fearless and inspires courage. I think of her as my "health warrior". She has an indomitable spirit, strength and faith in the body's ability to heal itself naturally. She lives that daily commitment in her own life and delivers it to others.

Rebecca is the founder of Simply Healthy Living and is a Certified Nutrition Counselor with a Masters in Nutrition and Food and Exercise Science. Rebecca combines her educational background with holistic philosophies and incorporates nutrition based on her client’s individual needs.
Simply Healthy Living was founded to counsel adults and children to help them achieve optimal health and vibrancy given their unique physiology. After a consultation and periodic meetings our client’s have overcome their challenges around; obesity, mood changes, eating disorders, low energy levels, blood sugar issues and hormone imbalances.
